Returns

For returns via Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy :

Option 1 : vous pouvez effectuer vos retours dans nos boutique de Waterloo, Anvers, Knokke ou de Namur aux heures d’ouvertures.

Option 2 : A return portal is available for you to generate your own return label. This will be charged at €5. However, we are not responsible for any loss of return packages.

Conditions:

  • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order at home or by the relay point.
  • Items must be returned with their original labels.
  • Items must not be worn, washed or used.
  • Items benefiting from any kind of discount will not be taken back.

If one of these conditions is not met, we will not be able to accept your return. Thank you for your understanding.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF A RETURN PACKAGE.
